BigMax(TM), with potential for 240 ft² of screen area in one machine, offers 12 ft of screen deck length to accommodate extended retention time and accurate separations of product. Functionality allows 1-4 separations in single machine, depending on desired deck configuration, and material can be fed at single point or independently to each deck. Also, screens can be replaced from either end of machine without removing ball trays.

With the potential for 240 ft2 (22 m2) of screen area in one machine, the BigMax offers 12 feet (3.7 m) of screen deck length, perfect for long retention time and accurate separations of product.
The BigMax is accommodating enough to allow one to four separations in a single machine, depending on the desired deck configuration. This flexibility is available because of the BigMax's ability to feed the material at a single point or independently to each deck.
The BigMax allows for quick and easy screen changes with no heavy lifting or tedious clips to engage. The screens can be replaced from either end of the machine without the need to remove the ball trays. And the over- and under-size material from each deck can be sampled individually, eliminating the guesswork about which screen has failed.
