Grease Gun Rams
Mack corporation introduces a product line of miniature rams for use with standard grease guns as the source of pressure.
Output of 6,000 to 10,000 p.s.i. from a grease gun is frequently overlooked as a low cost source of hydraulic pressure.
The current release consists of five miniature sizes rated from one half ton thru four tons with strokes of one inch and is intended to serve as a low cost solution for occasional applications requiring a large linear force in a small and portable package.
The small volume of grease used in a typical application may be recycled and reused for environmental and econonic purpose using a special recovery valve.
