New Instatherm® Design and Brochure

New brochure introduces redesigned, even safer Instatherm® product line

Vineland, NJ, June 2009: Ace Glass has released a new, redesigned Instatherm product line. The unique product, exclusive to ACE, has been redesigned for easier and even safer use in the lab. Instatherm offers a method of heating that is both superior and safer than heating mantles, heat tapes or immersion heaters. The glass has a noble metal deposition that covers the sides and is then covered with a rubber/cloth coating for safety. Instatherm is then plugged into ACE temperature controllers for a complete system that can give extremely fast, safe heating with very little lag time. The product can be used on magnetic stirrers for complete heating and mixing. The new connecting cords only allow for plugging safely into a temperature controller - they can't be plugged into a direct outlet.

Ace will formally introduce the product and brochure at the 237th ACS National Meeting & Exposition in Washington, DC, August 16-19, 2009. Visit them at Booth #1221.
