New Nitrogen Generation Systems Produce Up to 99.95% Pure Compressed Nitrogen On Site
Tewksbury, Ma. New, second generation Balston membrane nitrogen gas generators are now available from Parker Hannifin Corporation. Parker Balston is pleased to announce the introduction of the Nitrosource Nitrogen Generators.
Proven to be the best performing nitrogen generators, Parker/Balston has completely redesigned this product line and packed it full with new features and more efficient membrane. The Nitrosource nitrogen generators offer paybacks of less than 2 years with very little maintenance required.
Included in this new design, is a digital data management system offering status information, system set up information, maintenance indicators, detailed alarm functions, extensive data exchange facilities and remote control option.
The Nitrosource nitrogen generators now offer a unique modular design that provides for low cost added output capacity. The product is designed to expand from front to back which allows for easy transportability through standard size doorways. Modules can be added to the main unit in the event additional output capacity is required in the future. In addition all models come standard with prefilters, carbon tower, membrane filter and a built-in oxygen monitor.
The Nitrosource nitrogen generators offer flow rates from 20 scfm up to 120 scfm with nitrogen gas purities from 95% to 99.5%. Constructed of anodized aluminum with a durable powder coat finish these generators will stand up to the harshest environments.
