A new medium strength gel threadlocker from Henkel Corporation, Loctite 2033, is packaged in a unique bottle designed to deliver both pinpoint and wide coverage dispensing options. The easy-to-use, ergonomic 35-ml bottle features two dispense heads - pinpoint and flat-top - that ensure application accuracy and fingertip control.
Loctite 2033 Gel Threadlocker is formulated for use on assemblies with coarse, wide, deep, or large threads sized one-quarter to one inch. This product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening from shock and vibration. Designed to resist most chemicals, liquids and gases, Loctite 2033 Gel Threadlocker resists temperatures to 150°C and can be disassembled using standard hand tools.
The gel consistency of Loctite 2033 makes it ideal for use in overhead, pre-applied and other challenging applications.
