Designed for natural, manufactured gas, or LP applications in commercial, residential, and industrial systems, Series 9X comprises microprocessor-based intelligent direct spark and intermittent pilot ignition control modules. Internal circuitry monitors system gas valve, wiring, and igniter while automatically shutting down system in event of failed or shorted circuit. Modules are also supplied with flame status and diagnostic LED indicator for troubleshooting.

Capable Controls, Inc. Introduces their Series 9X Ignition Control Module
Capable Controls, Inc. introduces their Series 9X microprocessor based intelligent direct spark or intermittent pilot ignition control modules, designed for OEM and replacement used for natural, manufactured gas or LP applications.
The 9X series Ignition control module is designed for commercial, residential and industrial systems. This control provides standard wiring and configuration allowing simplified installation and replacement. The internal circuitry monitors system gas valve, wiring and igniter while automatically shutting down the system in the event of a failed or shorted circuit.
The 9X Series was approved per CE EN 298:2003, CSA for Canada/US and AGA and complies with the EuP standby power consumption of 0.5W per directive 2005/32/EC which comes into force in 2013.The 9X is supplied with a flame status and diagnostic LED indicator for accurate troubleshooting and constant status.
The 9X has proprietary designed ODL "Optical Data Link" which allows programs to be downloaded wirelessly per custom OEM specifications. This allows Capable to stock base units and install the various custom OEM programs within seconds.
Other options include: Quick start, flame stabilization, Re-ignition, spark restoration, Volatile or Non-Volatile memory along with thousands of various timing combinations.
