LITE monitor series includes HMS1650-LITE surface-mounted fume hood monitors that are accurate to within ±2 fpm, and FMS1650-LITE room pressure monitors with accuracy to ±0.5% of full span. Room pressure monitors measure to 0.0001 in. WC and are offered in either surface mounted or stainless steel mounted versions. Both devices feature digital sensors, programmable touchscreens, as well as visual and audible alarm to alert when readings fall outside allowable limits.

New Core Systems Offer An Affordable Monitoring Option
Norcross, GA. - Triatek, one of the leading manufacturers of airflow, lighting and HVAC Control products, recently announced the addition of two new LITE monitors specifically designed for laboratories, hospitals, educational institutions and even correctional facilities. Triatek introduces the HMS1650-LITE fume hood monitor and the FMS1650-LITE room pressure monitor. While the units are for slightly different applications, both provide core monitoring capabilities without the additional expenses that are associated with the inputs and outputs found on the company's fully networkable monitors and controllers.
Because these units are not intended to be integrated into a network, they are not only budget friendly, they are also easy to install and set up. Both units utilize the same full color and programmable touchscreens as their networkable brethren and therefore also provide "at a glance" information quickly and easily. Intuitive colored backgrounds immediately communicate the overall state and whether the space being monitored is safe for use. Safety is further ensured via the extremely sensitive and accurate sensors that are used by each system. In fact, the HMS1650-LITE fume hood monitor is accurate to within +/- 2 feet per minute while the FMS1650-LITE measures to 0.0001" WC and is accurate to within +/- 0.5% of full span. If either unit falls outside of allowable limits, both a visual and audible alarm immediately alerts users.
The HMS1650-LITE fume hood monitor is available as a surface mounted system while the FMS1650-LITE is offered as either a surface mounted or a stainless steel mounted unit. Both the FMS1650-LITE and the HMS1650-LITE units are packaged with a digital sensor.
