Application range is -35 to +140°F, and service ranges are -62 to +400, +450, +500, or +650°F, depending on constant/intermittent duty and color.

EMI Supply Food Grade Silicone Sealant Direct Equivalent of SU5005 RTV Food Grade Sealant
Monroe, North Carolina - EMI Supply Inc, a female-owned business in Monroe, North Carolina recently released its own brand of food grade silicone sealant. The company's EMI5005 silicones are available as direct equivalents to the former SU5005 silicones that are no longer available.
EMI Supply's product, EMI5005 RTV, replaces the discontinued SU5005 RTV food grade silicone sealant. EMI5005 RTV is a 100% food grade silicone sealant approved by the USDA, FDA and NSF. The sealant is available in clear, white, black, aluminum and red high temp. Custom colors are available upon request.
The EMI5005 sealant comes in the following sizes - 2.8 fl. oz. tube, 10.3 oz cartridge tube, 5 gallon pail and 55 gallon drum. The high quality sealant does not crack or become brittle with age, features excellent unprimed adhesion to plastic, metal, synthetic rubber, glass, ceramics and porcelain. EMI5005 RTV silicone has an application temperature range of -35° to 140°F and a service temperature range of -62° to 400° F constant and 450° F intermittently. Red High Temp has a service temperature range of -62° to 500°F and 650°F intermittently.
