Furon® Static Mixer provide efficient way to mix 2 or more chemicals with minimal pressure loss. Compact, inline design enables installation into fluid handling systems, and mixing components are removable for maintenance and cleaning. All components are constructed from 100% virgin PTFE and high-purity PFA. Unit has no moving parts and outlet end connection types/sizes can be changed to accommodate various piping configurations.

Furon® Static Mixer Now Available in Half-Inch Size
Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics is pleased to introduce the ½" version of its Furon® Static Mixer. The Furon® line of fluoropolymer Static Mixers offers an innovative, efficient, and economical means of mixing two or more chemicals with minimal pressure loss. A compact, inline design allows for easy installation into existing fluid handling systems. Our new ½" version complements the previously released 1" Static Mixer, providing an economical mixing solution for a wide range of flow rates.
Furon® Static Mixers contain no moving parts, assuring low operating costs and long life. Integral mixing components are removable, allowing for easy maintenance and cleaning. Outlet end connection types and sizes can be easily changed to accommodate a variety of piping configurations. All components are constructed from 100% virgin PTFE and high-purity PFA, making the Furon® Static Mixer ideal for use with ultra-pure and highly corrosive chemistries commonly found in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Processing, and Semiconductor industries.
