Module lengths range from 24–300 in. and standard belt widths are 12, 18, and 24 in. With ability to transport pc boards and pallets, module can be used to incline/decline products from wave soldering system. Options include PLC control package with indexing software, cooling fans, and high-temperature ESD belt up to 250°F.

FlexLink Genesis F3000 Flat Belt Conveyor Offers Flexibility, Custom Configurability
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA – FlexLink Systems’ new Genesis series F3000 Flat Belt Conveyor is a modular transport solution that can be configured to meet specific customer requirements. With the ability to transport PCB boards and pallets, this module can be used to incline/decline products from a wave soldering system using an optional high temperature ESD belt. The module can also be fitted with a full array of workstation options, which allows the module to function as an ergonomic workstation.
Standard features include CE compliant with an ESD safe design; DC speed controller; ESD safe belting: maximum temperature of 80şC (176 şF); and adjustable belt tension. Options include a PLC control package with indexing software, including both visual and audible alarms; Cooling fans; Belt widths of 305 mm (12”), 457 mm (18”), and 610 mm (24”), including non-standard belt widths; Module lengths from 24” (610 mm) up to 300” (7620 mm); high temperature ESD belt up to 121 şC (250 şF); and others.
