Ontario - CCI Thermal Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the Caloritech™ FPH Flanged Pipe Insert Heater, certified to CCSAUS for use in hazardous locations.
Flanged pipe insert heaters are uniquely designed to heat large storage tanks containing highly viscous, corrosive or heat sensitive materials. These heaters are specifically engineered to maximize pipe surface area, allowing for greater kilowatt ratings while maintaining low surface temperatures. These heaters are certified to CCSAUS Hazardous Locations Class 1, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups C & D; CSA Type 4; Temperature Coded T1 – T6.Â
"Certain applications require a higher kilowatt rating than can be achieved with individual pipe insert heaters, the Flanged Pipe Insert Heater is constructed of multiple insert pipes mounted to a common flange, each pipe is fitted with a segregated heavy duty alloy sheathed heating element," says Alejandro Maldonado, Chief Technical Officer, "The multiple pipe mounting design allows for easy servicing without draining tank contents."
