Replacing existing oil reservoir and pumps offered with grinder, Nano T Filtration System cleans oil to 1 micron, and, with integrated refrigerant system, controls oil temperature to ±0.2°C. Automatic backflushing procedure cleans filter elements and places debris in container for disposal or reclamation. Consisting of magnetic separator and mesh socks that remove large particles, MSK Combo pre-filter addresses applications involving magnetic materials or those with heavy stock removal.

New Filtration System Products Ideal For Grinding Operations
Elk Grove Village, IL, USA Transor Filter has introduced two new products to their line of grinding oil filtration systems. For extremely close tolerance applications in the micro drill and medical industries, Transor Filter introduces the Nano T line of filtration systems.
The Nano T is a complete filtration system that replaces the existing oil reservoir and pumps offered with the grinder. Oil is cleaned to One Micron and, with an integrated refrigerant system, the oil is temperature controlled to ±0.2°C.
As with all Transor Systems, an automatic backflushing procedure cleans the filter elements and places the debris in a container for easy disposal or reclamation. Except for the removal of the disposal bags, the process requires no operator interaction and no machine downtime. Filter elements have a life expectancy greater than 15,000 hours.
To address applications involving magnetic materials or those with heavy stock removal, the Transor MSK Combo pre-filter offers a solution in a compact unit that works with all Transor Filter Systems. The MSK Combo is ideal for applications grinding stainless steel or HSS cutting tools. The MSK consists of a powerful magnetic separator and number of mesh socks that remove large particles prior to introduction to the T providing the greatest amount of productivity and a minimum of maintenance and machine down time.
