Schroeder Industries Introduces MS17, MS18 and MS19 Electrical Dirt AlarmŽ Indicators
Leetsdale, PA - Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, introduces its MS17, MS18 and MS19 Electrical Dirt AlarmŽ Indicators for use with a wide range of Schroeder hydraulic filters.
Schroeder Industries' MS17, MS18 and MS19 Electrical Dirt AlarmŽ Indicators provide an accurate indication of the need to change an element, which maintains fluid cleanliness. In addition, their sleek crimped body design, which consists of an Aluminum 2011-T-3 housing, eliminates the need for the 4 bolts used in the existing Electrical Dirt AlarmŽ Indicators' design, which reduces cost and assembly time. Lastly, the thermal lock out option that is available on all three products can prevent false indications during cold starts.
With increased environmental protection ratings (complies with IP67 according to DIN40050 Standard), the MS17 has a 4 pin Brad Harrison connector, the MS18 has a 2-pole AMP Junior Power Timer connector (AMP-JPT-P2) and the MS19 has a 2-pole Deutsch connector (DT 04-2P). The MS18 and MS19 are offered with a greater DC current range. All three products are available Normally Open or Normally Closed, in both high and low current micro-switch designs and fit the standard indicator port of most Schroeder return line filters.
Schroeder Industries' new MS Electrical Dirt AlarmŽ Indicator Series is suitable for such mobile and industrial applications requiring the connection of indicators with a static working pressure of less than 6000 psi (4000 psi cyclic pressure per NFPA T2.6.1-R1-2005).
