Novacel 9380 : The Protection Solution For Plastic Profile-Based Building Windows
Novacel, the world leader in the industrial surface protection solutions, is introducing product 9380, a film specially designed for the protection of plastic profiles used to manufacture building windows on automated production lines.
The Novacel 9380 features a 45 micron-thick, clear and transparent polyolefin film. Thanks to its reinforced adhesive layer, the new film ensures high adherence for the protection of white plastic profiles or plastic profiles laminated with a decorative film (woodgrain) while avoiding any wrinkles or bubbles during the manufacturing process. The Novacel 9380 optimized transparency has also been designed to allow for the visual inspections of surfaces. A UV treated film, it can be exposed to outdoor ageing for up to 6 months.
The Novacel 9380 is generally supplied in rolls of 550 yards or 1100 yards in length and in small widths corresponding to the widths of the profiles. On request, the film can also be imprinted with logos, advertising message or technical information.
Novacel will exhibit its solutions of surface protection, including the Novacel 9380, during the international trade shows KUNSTSTOFF (Düsseldorf, Germany / from October 20th to 27th, 2004 - booth 72G07), EUROBLECH (Hannover, Germany / from October 26th to October 30th, 2004 - booth 13E88), and EMBALLAGE (Paris, France / from November 22nd to November 26th, 2004 / booth 6A016).
