Portable Fiber Optic Polisher

ACS Kit

Advanced Connectorization System.

For FTTP Applications.

Field connectorization and repair has just taken a quantum leap in reliability, performance and ease of use. The new ACS kit delivers unparalleled flexibility when connectorizing UPC and APC style SC, FC, ST, LC and MU connectors. The ACS system is designed for Fiber To The Home/Fiber To The Premise bringing the reliability and performance of factory assembled connectors to the field!

The ACS kit contains all of the tools, consumables, connectors and most importantly the MFL 2 step portable polisher and process. This system gives the user the ability to custom tailor jumper lengths to reduce slack storage. The ACS Kit can repair damaged or low performing connectors without cutting the connector off! Connectors can be repaired in as little as 1 minute!

The ACS system is a tested system for field installable applications. Meets Environmental and Endface Geometry performance reliability with a first time yield better than 99.967%!

The ACS system also addresses the cost effectiveness of FTTP scenario of fusion splicing vs. connectorized cables. The ACS system now makes it possible to custom build APC jumpers and pigtails on site eliminating the need for pre-terminated drop cables and the costs associated with fusion splicing!

The cost savings alone will justify the use of the ACS kit. It allows for instant repair of damaged or broken connectors reducing system downtime.

Optical performance meets or exceeds all industry standards for high speed systems OC-192 and above!
