Designed by attorneys for law firm and corporate legal professionals, CaseData is a new, scalable online system that enables collaborative production, search, and review of electronic data and scanned paper files for litigation and regulatory matters.

While keyword searches return only content that exactly matches the search phrase, concept searching identifies content that is conceptually similar to the search phrase. Additionally, enhanced proximity searching enables users to precisely control the distance between keywords in their discovery searching. The CaseData system also provides keyword pre-highlighting. This capability enables reviewers to quickly see why a document is relevant to a case without reading the entire document to uncover significant issues or keywords.
