Besa Introduces LED Spotlights
Blacklick, Ohio --- Besa Lighting now offers LED spotlights for use on their 12V monorail systems. Besa Lighting is a leading designer and manufacturer of decorative glass lighting.
Using only 6 Watts of electricity, these LED MR16-type lamps offer a rated life of 25,000 hours. Designed for general lighting purposes, they provide seamless integration into Besa's spotlight designs. They are dimmable.
Besa has emphasized usable light in their LED offerings, including 360 degree light output. The company utilizes LED MR16 lamps that allow some back light, like standard halogen MR16s, so they light up the glass as well as providing directional light.
The LED lamps are available with 5 different Besa spotlight families. Divi, Nico 3, Scope and Tammi 3 families include a variety of attractive handcrafted glass decors. The Tipster is a minimalist design without any glass. They are compatible with Besa monorail systems that employ the company's new low-profile LED electronic surface power supply, or their magnetic surface or remote transformers. The spotlights can also be used with Besa's wide variety of quick-connect canopies, which feature no-load electronic transformers optimized for LED lamps.
