Sprint CNC 300: Automatic Dimensional Measurement System with Optional Laser and CAD Measurement
Rochester, NY - The Sprint(TM) CNC 300, from RAM Optical Instrumentation, Inc. (RAM), is a fully automatic dimensional measurement system with tightly integrated rack & pinion Z slide and compound XY stage with precision mechanical bearing, DC servo motor drives, zoom optics and all-LED illumination, 12" x 12" XY travel, and 6" Z travel.
Optional laser measurement makes it easy to measure various medical parts.
The addition of CAD programming, optional in the newest release of eBx(TM) metrology software, allows the user to construct the desired feature relationships after the machine automatically measures the part and creates a program.
Sprint CNC 300 rigid, mechanical bearing XYZ stages with .000020-inch linear scales mounted to a solid granite base ensures system repeatability and reproducibility. Its precision zoom lens can magnify from 35x to an excess of 750x with optional tubes and add-on lenses. The patented VectorLight(TM) provides optimal image quality.
The eBx(TM) metrology software allows every user to select the user interface they are most comfortable with from the 3 interface layouts available.
