June 10, 2003 - Heatless, twin tower CD65-280 dryers operate up to 232 psig with pressure dewpoints of -40 or -100°F. They feature stainless steel inlet and check valves, fork lift slots and lifting eyes, and reversible inlet and outlet port connections. Simple control method uses switches and gauges for monitoring. Advanced control method, MKIV Elektronikon, comes with purge savings feature using PDP sensors, and allows adjustment of dewpoint and other settings/controls.

New Desiccant Dryer Ranges Boost Customer Benefits
Atlas Copco is pleased to announce the latest range of heatless desiccant compressed air dryers, the CD Dryer Series.
The new heatless twin tower CD65-280 dryers have capacities that range from 138 to 594 cfm and can operate up to 232 psig with pressure dewpoints of -40°F or -100°F. The dryer will provide additional unique features as well as the class leading performance that you expect from Atlas Copco. Depending on customer preference, the CD dryers are available in two different control methods. A simple control method is available that use switches and gauges for monitoring. For a more advanced control method, we offer the innovative user friendly MKIV Elektronikon. Both control systems come standard with space saving integrated and mounted filters. The CD MKIV Elektronikon dryers come equipped with an advanced purge savings feature using PDP sensors. Also, the MKIV allows easy adjustment of dewpoint and other CD dryer settings/controls. Other CD dryer highlights include stainless steel inlet and check valves, fork lift slots and lifting eyes, reversible inlet and outlet port connections, additional and increased capacities, plus much more.
