Intended for server blades as well as networking and telecom applications, DDR4 RDIMM products have RDIMM form factor and ULP (Ultra Low Profile) design. Respectively, extended and industrial temperature ranges are -25 to +95°C and -40 to +95°C, while standard temperature range is 0 to +85°C. Available capacities range from 4–16 GB, and these 1.2 V configurations offer data transfer speed ratings to 1,866 MT/s.

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. -- Virtium, a leading provider of embedded SSD and industrial memory modules, today announced its embedded infrastructure market support for DDR4, and the company's initial DDR4 RDIMM products. As one of the first to offer DDR4 memory modules, Virtium's embedded industrial OEM customers are able to have early test and development access to the lower power, high bandwidth and density benefits of this latest DRAM technology. Delivering significant power savings of up to 40% and up to twice the bandwidth over DDR3, DDR4 modules from Virtium are excellent solutions for server blades, networking and telecom applications.
Virtium is a proven innovator of VLP and ULP memory modules for space-constrained applications. The first DDR4 modules from Virtium are offered in the lower profile ULP RDIMM height in capacities ranging from 4 to 16 gigabytes (GB). The new DDR4 modules feature low 1.2 V configurations with data transfer speeds of 1866 MT/s.
