Self-Contained Downdraft System captures 70% of smoke and fumes generated when welding on platen surfaces without affecting shielding gases in MIG welding operations. Able to be retrofitted to existing equipment, OSHA-compliant ventilation/exhaust system is suited for use with galvanized, stainless, aluminum, and other metals where toxic fumes may occur when performing layout, bending, straightening, or assembly with welding and/or plasma tools.
