Provided with inlet openings from 28-50 in. long, DC2840 Twin-LP high-capacity crusher features 1-piece stainless steel body with no cracks or crevices for material accumulation. It includes 2 shafts with individual high-profile cutting teeth that rotate through heavy bar grating to crush material while self-clearing with each rotation. Also included are shaft seals, heavy-duty roller bearings, and direct drive with choice of motors.

The DELUMPER TWIN-LP is a powerful, high capacity crusher that can efficiently reduce lumps, chunks and agglomerates without churning or over-grind. These precision crushers are provided with inlet openings from 28" up to 50" long. This DC2840 Twin-LP features a one piece stainless steel body with no cracks or crevices for material accumulation. Two shafts with individual high profile cutting teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating to crush the material while self clearing with each rotation.
These units are provided shaft seals, heavy duty roller bearings and a direct drive with a choice of motors. The result is highly reliable, low maintenance operation with low noise or vibration.
