Measuring 59.5 x 73.5 x 68 in., Rotary Top 1646 RTC(TM) features hard cover pallet with easy-lift-pivot-point-axis design and dual entry. Height of retractable cover allows room for storage with drum pumps in place. Cover secures to 7¾ in. high pallet at 4 points, 2 of which are lockable. Constructed of 100% polyethylene, containment unit resists corrosion, weathering, and UV rays and is compatible with most chemicals. Pallet itself offers UDL load rating of 6,000 lb.

1646 RTC(TM) Rotary Top Containment Unit
The 1646 RTC(TM) Containment Unit protects up to 4, 55-gallon drums from the elements with this hard cover pallet that features easy-lift-pivot-point-axis design with dual entry. The dual entry feature allows front, back, and top loading. The height of the retractable cover allows room for storage with drum pumps in place. In addition, the cover secures to the low-profile pallet, (7-3/4" high), at four points, two of which are lockable.
The 1646 RTC(TM) is constructed of 100% polyethylene. This composition uniquely resists corrosion, weathering, and UV rays. Further, it is compatible with most chemicals. Its patented support grating is removable for easy cleaning of the 60-gallon sump. The pallet itself features a UDL load rating of 6,000 lbs and fits perfectly with the Optional Ramp, (Model# 1689), and ships fully assembled. The 1646 RTC(TM) complies with EPA 40 and CFR 264.175.
