Taleo Announces OFCCP Compliance Service Offering


New Service Offering Helps Organizations Meet Department of Labor Internet Applicant Ruling; Taleo Delivers a Complete Solution to Support Full Compliance

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 30 / -- Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ:TLEO), the leading provider of talent management solutions, today launched a new service offering to help organizations meet the requirements outlined in the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) ruling on the definition of an Internet applicant. Scheduled to take effect February 6, 2006, the new OFCCP regulations provide four criteria for defining Internet applicants, and also outline record retention rules that contractors are required to follow.

Taleo's OFCCP Compliance Services Offering helps organizations navigate through the ruling details and configure Taleo's solutions to support their revised policies and processes. This service offering provides clients with a complete review of their current Taleo configuration and implementation to ensure that it is configured to meet their stated compliance policies and processes.

The service offering reviews current candidate selection policies and procedures, basic job qualifications, candidate status tracking, record keeping and reporting configurations. Taleo's Services team also consults with organizations that are concerned with compliance and are not currently using Taleo's solutions.

Designed from inception as a profile based solution, Taleo's solutions help customers clearly define minimum basic qualifications using its powerful ACE Smart Screening technology. In addition, Taleo's self-service configurability empowers its customers to configure the solution to support the OFCCP policies and processes they have put in place.
