Offered in ODs of 360 micron or 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8 in. with IDs as small as .002 in., PEEK® Tubing comes in natural PEEK, solid color coded, dual layer color coded, striped, and dash-stripe coded varieties. Dual Layer Color-Coded eliminates concern that sample stream could be contaminated by pigments used to color code tubing; pigmented layer surrounds separate but integrally bonded inner layer of natural PEEK. Tolerance is ±.0005 in. for IDs up to .010 in. and ±.001 in. for larger.

OEM Wide Assortment of PEEK® Tubing
VICI Valco's new assortment of PEEK Tubing is one of the largest offerings in the world and is available in a variety of natural PEEK, solid color coded, dual layer color coded, striped and dash-stripe coded. Dual Layer Color-Coded eliminates any concern that a critical sample stream could be contaminated by pigments used to color code the tubing. It looks like any other color-coded tubing at first glance, but a closer look reveals that the pigmented layer surrounds a separate but integrally bonded inner layer of natural PEEK. The pressure performance is equivalent to single-layer tubing. Dual Layer PEEK tubing is available in a wide range of colors, striped or solid.
OD sizes are available in 360 micron, 1/32", 1/16", and 1/8" with IDs as small as .002". Color-coding identifies the ID of the PEEK tubing - each ID is coded with a different color. Standard ID sizes and colors are: .005" Red; .007" Yellow; .010" Blue; .020" Orange; .030" Green. Tolerance is ±.0005" for IDs up to .010", and ±.001" for larger IDs. All colorants used in the manufacture of our tubing are RoHS-compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
