Joining Ventilation Elements Without Components and Welding Disadvantages
The new and very compact handled SPOT CLINCH® 0404 IP V3 of ATTEXOR Clinch Systems achieves benefits for tasks in the ventilation industry. User friendly, it makes joining much easier. It offers a number of economic and ergonomic advantages over self-tapping screws, riveting and spot welding, avoiding too damaged surfaces of coated and galvanized threads, which avoids corrosion. It avoids gases, fumes, sparks too.
The rectangular clinch can now be implemented in parallel with the edge of the ventilation duct, and for optimum protection of the punch and die, the tool is designed for its profile, thus ensuring a rapid workflow. The die is completely protected in a construction which is designed as a fixed jaw, which ensures easy positioning.
SPOT CLINCH® 0404 IP V3 can clinch low junction both in, or out of the ventilation duct by easily reversing the machine.
A special tooling is available for 3 layers and leak-proof joint. With a safe prestroke, the opening is wide and is done by manual or automatic fast closing of the work head.
