Variable flow ShopAir has 2-lever pendant for precise load spotting. Max lifting speed is 16 fpm for 600 lb, and 31 fpm for 300 lb. Speeds are based upon full capacity at 90 psi and 34 cfm required at full rated speed and capacity. Totally enclosed, non-ventilated, cast aluminum alloy hoist frame thermally protects motor from environmental contamination. Lower latch style hook is made from hardened, forged-steel hook and rotates 360° to ensure true vertical lift.

AMHERST, N.Y., U.S.A. - Columbus McKinnon®, a leading manufacturer of hoist and chain products, offers its ShopAir chain hoist, designed to be used as a work station or a production line hoist in commercial and industrial applications. The variable flow ShopAir comes with a two-lever pendant for precise load spotting and has the capacity to provide lift up to 600 pounds (272 kilograms).
The small, compact designed ShopAir has a maximum lifting speed of 16 feet per minute (4.9 meters) for 600 pounds (272 kilograms) and 31 feet per minute (9.9.4 meters) for 300 pounds (136 kilograms). Speeds are based upon full capacity at 90 PSI and 34 CFM required at full-rated speed and capacity.
The ShopAir comes with a totally enclosed non-ventilated rugged cast aluminum alloy hoist frame that thermally protects the hoist duty motor from environmental contamination while the outside has an epoxy powder coat finish for added protection. The ShopAir also has a threaded external exhaust for piping away exhaust in clean room and painting applications.
Other features inside the hoist include precision bearings and a 10-pocket oblique lay liftwheel that provides longer chain wear for the CM hoist alloy load chain.
This U.S.A. made product has a lower latch style hook that is made from hardened forged steel hook and rotates 360° to help ensure a true vertical lift. It is also metric rated.
Installation and maintenance are easy and Columbus McKinnon provides a one-year warranty on this product. An optional impact-resistant chain container is also available.
