Hexis USA Launches Enhanced Cast Vinyl at ISA
Hexis USA will be exhibiting at the ISA International Sign Expo in Las Vegas, April 16 to 18. At the event Hexis USA will show an all-new cast film combined with Hex'Press air release technology specially designed for full vehicle wraps.
The enhanced HX100WG2 is a 2mil cast vinyl film with a grey structured adhesive compound that makes the product repositionable during application allowing easy elimination of creases and air bubbles. The HX100WG1 is for solvent and eco-solvent inkjet printers and features an embossed PE liner and an extremely conformable vinyl formulation that make it the first choice for printed vehicle wraps.
The HX100WG1 comes in rolls 148ft long and 54in wide.
Also on show will be the new HX20000 a double-layered 3mil cast vinyl film with a solvent-based adhesive and a structured PE liner with Hex'Press technology that allows convenient air egress during application. Because of its extreme flexibility and high conformability fast and risk free transfers are practically guaranteed. It is particularly recommended for long-term outdoor applications and for vehicle full wraps. The HX20000 features an outdoor durability of up to 10 years and is thus the ideal high-end solution for corrugated or riveted surfaces and all substrates with long life cycles.
The colors of the HX20000 are based on those of the successful SUPTAC S5000 series. Thus color matching the two series on the same project is very easy.
The HX20000 is available in 33 high-gloss colors. The roll size is 98.5ft long and 54in wide.
