Cast Heat Exchangers promote efficiency and cleanliness.
September 13, 2010 -
Durocast® Series 250 and 550 cast-in-aluminum heat exchangers heat fluids indirectly instead of via direct immersion, resulting in clean heating environment. Thermal conductivity of aluminum accelerates thermal response and promotes controllability, while design also protects oils and other viscous fluids from thermal breakdown. Capable of heating liquids and gases, these low mass, electric, inline circulation heaters feature heater elements protected from corrosive attack.

Durex Industries Announces Durocast® Series 250 and 550 Cast Heat Exchangers
These compact, low mass, electric in line circulation heaters are designed to quickly and safely heat liquids and gases. These cast-in-aluminum heat exchangers heat fluids indirectly instead of direct immersion providing a clean heating environment.
They also protect oils and other viscous fluids from thermal breakdown often found in direct immersion applications. The heater elements are protected from corrosive attack and yet provide rapid heat up of process fluids. The excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum provides fast thermal response and excellent controllability.
