- Visual Clustering
Perform smarter, more efficient reviews through Merrill's
visual clustering feature. Merrill Lextranet creates a logical
"map" of your data by segmenting it into logical clusters.
These intuitive data maps graphically identify key
relationships between keywords, documents and custodians. This
facilitates the rapid identification of potentially hot and
privileged documents and provides insight into how they relate
to each other for faster document review.
- Email Threading
This feature automatically captures complete email threads and
ensures that they are coded uniformly. All versions and
permutations of emails within a thread are identified, and any
subsequent edits or redactions may be applied to all versions.
Email Threading helps identify missing email documents and
protect against the accidental disclosure of privileged
information when responding to a legal hold or discovery
request.
- Integrated document translations
Non-English language documents are quickly and accurately
translated within the document review workflow. The new
translation function within Merrill Lextranet automatically
and securely exports documents for translation. Merrill Brink,
one of the world's largest and most experienced language
service providers, applies appropriate advanced machine and
human translation to ensure contextually accurate results.
Translated documents are returned within Lextranet and
integrated into the existing workflow, providing seamless
document management.
- Advanced Video Deposition Editing & Sharing
Users can quickly and easily create clips from video
depositions. Video clips are accompanied by the corresponding
transcript excerpts, which are automatically synched to the
video clip during playback. These new tools allow easier
collaborative review of video assets, and save time and money
in preparing video excerpts for trial or settlement
presentations.
