Featuring 72 x 40 in. footprint, 300 Series is equipped with 4 in. touchscreen HMI, motorized vertical carriage, and 3-color stack light with HMI fault feedback. System provides positive vacuum 2-side case erection as well as top and bottom mechanical forming. Vertical magazine capacity is approximately 80-100 C flute cases stacked horizontally. Made of mild steel with anti-corrosion paint, machine includes 2 in. tape head, castors for portability, and solid state sensing devices.

New Small Footprint Case Erector Can Pack 25 Case Per Minute
Orangeville, Ont, - Wepackit's new small footprint 300 Series Case Erectors have now added a Touch Screen HMI, a motorized vertical carriage and a 3 colour stack light. Each adjustment point has a Siko Counter for the fast, accurate change overs and repeatable start-ups.
This smallest footprint erector in Wepackit's line helps clients save real estate with a 72" x 40" footprint while packing up to 25 cases/minute. Other features include:
o Less than 3 minute tool-less changeover
o Vertical Magazine capacity for approx. 80 to 100 "C" Flute Cases stacked horizontally (29 ECT minimum 175#)
