Magnum™ family of cartridge heaters are available in standard diameters ranging from ¼-1.0 in. and 6.5-20 mm. Manufactured by high density compaction process, custom, high watt density heaters include industry standard lead wires, lead exits, connectors, mounting flanges, and thermocouples.

Cary, IL – Durex Industries, a leading North American designer and manufacturer of heaters, temperature sensors, controls and systems, recently announced expansion of their custom cartridge heater capabilities.
Durex Industries recently introduced its new advanced Magnum™ family of Cartridge Heaters. Magnum Cartridge Heaters are manufactured using Durex Industries' proprietary swage and compaction processes. This high density compaction process has enabled design of industry leading high watt density heaters. Additionally, Durex Industries' lean manufacturing processes and automation allow their cartridge heaters to be competitive with off shore manufactured cartridge heaters.
Durex Industries' Magnum Cartridge Heaters are now available in standard diameters ranging from ¼" to 1.0" and 6.5mm to 20mm. They are also available with industry standard lead wires, lead exits, connectors, mounting flanges, integral thermocouples and other features.
