Super Air Wipe(TM) ejects compressed air through thin slotted nozzle that pulls in high volumes of surrounding room air. Airflow produced delivers 360° airstream with velocity variable from blast to breeze using instant on/off control. Made of aluminum, it is available in 2 and 4 in. throat dia. Applications include drying inks, paint, and screen printing; cooling hot extruded shapes; and blowoff of water, dust, plating, coatings, and contaminants.

Super Air Wipe to Blow, Dry, Clean and Cool
EXAIR's new Super Air Wipe(TM) is ideal for blowoff, drying, cleaning and cooling of pipe, cable, extruded shapes and hose. It delivers a 360° airstream that adheres to the surface of the product passing through it. The split design makes it easy to clamp around the surface, eliminating the need for threading.
The Super Air Wipe ejects a small amount of compressed air through a thin slotted nozzle that pulls in high volumes of surrounding room air. The airflow it produces uniformly ejects from the 360° of its inner diameter. Air velocity can be varied from a blast to a breeze with instant "on/off" control. Coupling brackets that hold each half of the Super Air Wipe together can be latched together or removed quickly. Additional shims can be installed if more blowoff force is required. Tapped holes are provided on the bottom for permanent mounting.
The Super Air Wipe is constructed of aluminum and is available in 2" (51mm) and 4" (102mm) throat diameters. Applications include drying of inks, paint and screen printing; cooling hot extruded shapes; blowoff of water, dust, plating, coatings and contaminants.
