Using both pistol grip and in-line rivet setting tools, Nascomatic 2001-BR automatically blowfeeds rivet to riveting tool every time rivet is set. Operator hand picks rivet from rivet receiver and inserts it into tool nosepiece. Setting rivet automatically signals feeder bowl to blowfeed next rivet. System can be configured to feed and drive open end, closed end, and structural rivets up to ¼ in. diameter.

Blind Rivet Automation - Fast & Affordable
Nasco's rivet feeding system automatically blowfeeds a rivet to a riveting tool every time a rivet is set. The operator hand picks the rivet from the rivet receiver and inserts it into the tool nosepiece. Setting the rivet automatically signals the feeder bowl to blowfeed the next rivet. The system uses modified standard rivet setting tools - both pistol grip and in-line.
The automation system designated as Nascomatic 2001-BR can hold up to 12 lbs of rivets. It offers improved ergonomics and faster delivery than presenters, at a lower investment than auto-feed & drive systems. Plus larger rivet capacity, lower rivet cost and faster reload time than tape fed systems. The system can be configured to feed and drive open end, closed end and structural rivets up to ¼" diameter.
