Used with prepackaged or user-loaded syringes, ProcessMate(TM) 5000 purges medium- to high-viscosity fluids like epoxies, greases, and silicones of bubbles and air pockets that can affect shot-to-shot consistency in pneumatic dispensing processes. Unit purges up to four 3, 5, 10, or 30 cc syringes at a time. Centrifuge includes on-off switch, timer, tachometer, locking lid, and electric brake that quickly stops rotor before lid is opened.

EFD's new ProcessMate(TM) 5000 centrifuge is a fast, simple and cost-effective way to purge medium- to high-viscosity fluids like epoxies, greases and silicones of bubbles and air pockets that can affect shot-to-shot consistency in pneumatic dispensing processes.
The compact benchtop unit can be used with prepackaged or user-loaded syringes. It is very simple to operate, and will purge up to (4) 3cc, 5cc, 10cc or 30cc syringes at a time.
The on-off switch, timer and tachometer make operation fast and efficient. Safety features include a locking lid and an electric brake that quickly stops the rotor before the lid is opened.
