Alliance/OHAUS Defender(TM) 7000 features multi-functional indicator with multiple weighing modes including counting, percent weighing, dynamic weighing, check weighing, display, hold, and accumulation. Designed to stand alone or control conveyors and other equipment, it has RS232 interface with GMP/GLP data output, optional DC/AC relay control kit, and additional RS232/RS485/422 interfaces. It is offered in 5 models with 25-500 lb capacities and 13.8 or 26.8 in. columns for indicator.

A new bench scale that provides multiple weighing modes and a suite of configurable software and computer interfaces for controlling conveyors and other equipment is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, MA.
The Alliance/OHAUS Defender(TM) 7000 Bench Scale features a multi-functional indicator with multiple weighing modes including counting, percent weighing, dynamic (animal) weighing, check weighing, display, hold and accumulation. Designed to stand-alone or control conveyors, feeders, and other equipment, it provides an RS232 interface with GMP/GLP data output, an optional DC or AC relay control kit, and additional RS232 or RS485/422 interfaces.
Available in five models with 25 lb. x 0.002 lb. to 500 lb. x 0.05 lb. capacities and 13.8" or 26.8" columns for the indicator, which can also be remotely mounted, the Alliance/OHAUS Defender(TM) 7000 Bench Scale has a stain- less steel removable weighing platform, painted steel column and base, an aluminum load cell, and ABS indicator. Easy to operate via an alpha-numeric keypad, it has a 255 item library function and multi-language operation.
