Made of Grade 5052 aluminum with H32 hardness, laser-cut bench grinder safety gauge enables users to properly adjust tongue and work rest openings on bench grinders to be in compliance with OSHA standards. It measures 2¾ in. wide, 2¼ in. high, and 0.1000 in. thick, and has ¼ in. hole for attachment to bench grinder. Safety yellow, durable powder-coated gauge has silk-screened text and graphics.

Rockford Systems Bench Grinder Safety Gauge
Rockford Systems bench grinder safety gauge is just what you need to properly adjust the tongue and work rest openings on your bench grinders to be in compliance with OSHA standards. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.215 specifics that work rests must be kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of 1/8" to prevent the workpiece from being jammed between the wheel and the rest. OSHA also states that the distance between the grinding wheel and the adjustable tongue must never exceed ¼".
Rockford's bench grinder safety gauge is laser-cut, Grade 5052 aluminum with H32 hardness. The safety yellow, durable powder-coated gauge has silk-screened text and graphics. It measures 2¾" wide by 2¼" high by .1000" thick and has a ¼" hole for attachment to the bench grinder.
