Victaulic Introduces Battery Operated Tool for Pressfit Product Line
EASTON, PA (May 31, 2007) - Today, Victaulic Company(TM), the original innovator of grooved pipe joining systems, introduced a battery operated tool for the Pressfit product line. Providing a fast method to join schedule 5 stainless steel Pressfit pipe, the lighter weight PFT509, Pressfit Battery Operated Tool, features a head that swivels and auto piston retract. Due to the battery-powered design, it also offers the added benefit of operability in locations without a power source.
The tool package includes the actual pressing tool, all four jaws, one charger, two batteries and an installation gauge marking set. Additional jaws, chargers, and batteries may be purchased.
