Filters feature smooth, bead-blasted finish, 2-weld design, and adjustable mounting legs. Two TOPLINE models fit filter bag sizes 01 or 02. Housings are available in carbon steel or type 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Side inlet, flow-through-top design results in minimum headroom of unfiltered liquid.

Bag Filter with Special Sealing for Low Micron Filtration Applications
Hayward Filtration's TOPLINEâ„¢ series of Bag Filters have been designed to work with the latest fine micron filter bags. In these fine micron filtration applications it is critical that no unfiltered process media by-pass the filter bag allowing participate matter downstream. TOPLINE filter housing helps prevent this from happening by having the housing cover seal directly and positively onto the installed filter bag making a perfect seal.
Filter bag technology has evolved in the past few years to the point that bag filters are being used in low micron filtration applications where expensive cartridge filters were used in the past. High performance filter bags like Hayward's PROGAFâ„¢ and for absolute filtration applications LOFCLEARâ„¢ must be used in a by-pass free filter housing like TOPLINE for maximum efficiencies. Other filter housings used in less critical applications will not perform well with these new low micron filter bags.
TOPLINE filters from Hayward feature a smooth, bead-blasted finish. This, coupled with a minimum two weld design, makes it easy to completely clean the interior of the housing. And the adjustable mounting legs make for quick and easy installation.
There are two TOPLINE models to fit filter bag sizes 01 or 02. TOPLINE filter housings are available in carbon steel or Type 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance. And all TOPLINE models have a side inlet, flow through the top design that results in a minimum headroom of unfiltered liquid for easy, less messy filter bag changing. This also provides for optimum sealing of the filter bag.
These rugged TOPLINE filters have been designed for years of trouble and maintenance-free service. Every TOPLINE filter comes standard with the ASME code UM stamp and is warranted by Hayward for a full five years.
