Bag Dump Station Designed to Ensure Clean & Dust-Controlled Area

Premier Pneumatics. Inc.'s new manual Bag Dump Station is designed to ensure a clean, dust-controlled environment while making unloading bagged materials easy. As material is unloaded, the bag dump station's fan draws dust-laden air away from the operator. Dust is routed to the continuous reverse cartridge filters. Premier's Bag Dump Station has a quick opening filter access that requires no hand tools making maintenance and removal quick and easy.

The unit's modular design allows for the introduction of material into a vacuum or pressure system, or directly to a screw conveyor or mixer. The Bag Dump Station is available in stainless steel or FDA epoxy-coated carbon steel hoppers.

Hoppers have a standard 12 in. square discharge flange for mounting a probe box. The dumping grate, vibrator mounting pads, and support legs create a nominal 35 in. dump height with a 13 in. discharge clearance.

Premier Pneumatics, Inc. designs and manufactures complete material handling systems, components, and controls, ranging from manually operated to PLC interfaces. Their skilled staff of engineers, technicians, and support personnel, in addition to their state of the art manufacturing and engineering capabilities, enable them to consistently deliver material handling solutions that have earned the trust of their customers.
