Little Joe ADM, used to obtain consistent draw downs on grind gages and draw down pads, offers smooth, motorized scraper movement. Scraper is rigidly held at 85° angle, allowing use of each side twice; 90° versions are available. Consistent scraper force is adjustable from 3.5-13 lb, and speed is adjustable from 1-10 sec. Suited for use with liquid and paste coatings, machine removes operator variables and uses existing grind gages and scrapers.

Now get more consistent draw downs on grind gages and draw down pads using the new ADM Automatic Draw Down Machine.

The speed of the ADM is adjustable from one to ten seconds and is for use with liquid and paste coatings.
The scraper is held at an 85-degree angle. This allows using each side of the scraper twice, giving in effect a scraper with four edges instead of just two which doubles the life of each scraper compared to a 90-degree angle. However, 90-degree versions are available by special order.
