Precision AirConvey Unveils Mobile Package on TrimPAC(TM) Automated Trim Handling Systems

Savvy Design Accommodates Changes In Production Needs, Converting Lines

Newark, DE: Pneumatic conveying system manufacturer Precision AirConvey, Newark, Del. (www.precisionairconvey.com), has unveiled a mobile package on its TrimPAC(TM) series of automated trim systems.

Setting the entire, self-contained, compact TrimPAC trim system on a rugged, steel platform with industrial-strength, non-marking casters with brakes, the mobile package permits the installation of a flexible, automated trim handling system that may be easily rolled from one press, slitter or die cutter to another to accommodate changes in production demands. Ideal for converters, plastics processors, printers, mail center operators and others, the mobile package frees operators to run materials that generate difficult waste streams on any suitable line, rather than being restricted to using the lines fitted with capable trim systems.

Available as standard on the venturi-based TrimPAC Velocity(TM), the sound attenuated TrimPAC Whisper(TM) and the original, cutter/fan-based TrimPAC the pre-engineered trim removal systems automatically capture edge trim and other paper, film, foil, laminate and nonwovens waste and deposit the material in a bin or directly into a baler or dumpster. Plant safety, hygiene and efficiency are immediately improved.
