Model 7320 top-load automatic parts washer features 18 in. working height and 25 in. rotating turntable. Parts, once positioned in turntable basket, are sprayed with hot water and biodegradable detergents. Unit comes with 60 min washer timer, oil skimmer, and 3 hp vertical seal-less pump that flushes parts with flows up to 50 gpm at 45 psi. Water temperature is thermostatically controlled, heated by 6 kW tubular heating element up to 140°F.

Hotsy Introduces Extra-Large, Top-Load Automatic Aqueous Parts Washer
Hotsy Cleaning Systems, a leader for more than three decades in high-pressure cleaning systems, has introduced a top-load automatic aqueous parts washer with a cleaning chamber large enough for most automotive parts.
The model 7320 features a working height of 18 inches and a rotating turntable of 25 inches. Parts are positioned in the turntable basket and are sprayed with hot water and biodegradable detergents for an environmentally friendly cleaning method. The need for hazardous solvents, commonly used to clean automotive parts, has been eliminated.
The Hotsy parts washer comes with a 60-minute washer timer so trained technicians can go back to work on more productive tasks while parts are being cleaned. There's no more manual scrubbing with solvents and brushes.
Water temperature is thermostatically controlled, heated by a 6kW tubular heating element to a temperature of up to 140°F. Models come in three different electrical configurations-230V 1-phase, 230V 3-phase, 460V 3-phase and 575V 3-phase-as well as four models with all wetted surfaces made of stainless steel.
A 3 HP vertical seal-less pump, with a high tolerance for metals and other solids in the wash water, flushes the parts with a flow of up to 50 GPM at 45 PSI. Hotsy also offers an entire line of detergents formulated to enhance the cleaning capability of aqueous parts washers.

Locking casters for portability within the shop or factory;
12-inch stainless steel disc oil skimmer on a 30-minute timer;
Removable debris tray with a 20-mesh screen to prevent pump damage from large particles;
Top lid with industrial gas struts that automatically shuts down the machine if opened during operation;
