Berlin, CT - JENFAB® (Jensen Fabricating Engineers, Inc.) announced the latest addition to its line-up of innovative aqueous cleaning systems - LeanClean Model 24 Oscillating Basket Washer. Designed specifically for lean manufacturing work cells, LeanClean Model 24 is the one of the smallest systems in the Lean Manufacturing Cellular line and provides a low-cost wash station that is quality engineered to be flexible, simple to use, and easy to maintain.

JENFAB LeanClean 24 provides an extensive list of features within a small 3' x 5' footprint. The system includes an easy front load and unload design. Parts are thoroughly cleaned as they oscillate back and forth through a high power spray and dry system. LeanClean 24 also has a programmable Wash/Rinse/Dry cycle, and easily removable, adjustable spray headers. The system offers stainless steel construction, sloped bottom tanks for 100% drainage, lift out chip collection baskets, a large, clear window for viewing sprays, a large rear access door, fork lift pockets, and removable rear and side panels. Its single point service connections make for quick installation. A comprehensive complement of options includes an energy saving recirculating drying system that provides an ultra-fast drying cycle, and an automated unload system.
