Permabond LH050 Pure Carries ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Aprovals

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Permabond® LH050 Pure is an NSF 61 approved anaerobic pipe sealant designed for drinking water systems. This sealant fills up the entire space between male and female parts, instantly sealing the connection, and can be used on metals such as brass, copper, iron, steel, nickel, and aluminum. Once cured, the hardened anaerobic sealant typically exceeds the burst rating of the pipe, and in addition locks the pipes, plugs, or fittings against vibration loosening. LH050 Pure will seal with simple hand assembly, while still obtaining the seal of a fully torqued pipe joint.

Permabond LH050 Pure is a white paste with a 50 in-lb break strength and <25 in-lb prevail. The extreme upper limit operating temperature is approximately 200°C (392°F) for sealing purposes. When stored at or below 27°C (80°F), LH050 Pure has a shelf life of one year. LH050 Pure is available in 250ml, 1 liter, and 14 liter pails.
