SeaMobile to Deploy UTStarcom's MovingMedia(R) 2000 All-IP Network Solution to Deliver Wireless GSM Voice and Data Services at Sea
ALAMEDA, Calif., March 26, 2007 -- UTStarcom, Inc. Today's announcement marks the first deployment of UTStarcom's new MovingMedia 2000 all-IP GSM network solution. In October 2006, UTStarcom announced deployment of its MovingMedia(TM) 2000 all-IP core network solution with SeaMobile to deliver wireless CDMA voice and data services.
