C-Motors Clean Straight and Curved Tubes: Water Tube Boilers, Steam Generators, Superheaters, Economizers and Other Tubular Vessels

Long Island City, New York USA->C Series Air Motors efficiently and cost effectively clean both straight and curved tubes. Rotating at 9000 rpm, C Motors quickly clean tubes from 1 to 2-1/4-inch (25.4-63.5mm) OD. Using a choice of cleaning heads, the Wilson C Series Tube Cleaners can clean curved tubes with
a turn radius as tight as just four times the tube's OD.

Each C Series Tube Cleaning Kit includes all the tools and accessories required to perform a quick, yet thorough, cleaning job:
* C Series Air Motor with a spare set of Rotor Blades and Flexible Holder
* Wilson Expanding Brush with Set of Refills
-or-
* Wilson A Cutterhead with Spare Set of Cutters
* 25-foot Armored Air Hose
* Tool Box, Set of Wrenches and Service Manual

C-Series Tube Cleaners utilize two types of cleaning heads. For soft and powdery scale, Thomas C. Wilson, Inc. recommends the Wilson Expanding Brush. As the Expanding Brush spins, its brush heads rise so they consistently conform to the inside surface of the tube, adjusting automatically for changes in the tube ID, especially at curves in the tube. For heavier cleaning applications- especially gummy deposits -Thomas C. Wilson offers the Wilson A Cutterhead. It uses a cone-shaped cutter mounted on a universal joint that cuts through scale and harder debris.

A special Wilson C Series Cleaning Kit, C-8A, is available for package boilers. C Series Tube Cleaning Kits are easy to order. Just specify:

* Type of vessel to be cleaned

* Tube ID or tube OD and gage

* Number of tubes to be cleaned

* Condition of the tubes
