Pomona Electronics' New N Adapter Kit Consolidates the Most Commonly Used Adapters into One Kit


EVERETT, Wash.,- Pomona Electronics, the leading manufacturer of cable assemblies, connectors, and test accessories, announces its new N Adapter Kit, a consolidated kit of the most frequently used N adapters.

Pomona's N adapters, which can be used directly without intermediate couplers, are constructed from precision machined brass with tarnish-resistant nickel plating. Male center pins are gold-plated brass and female center contacts are gold-plated, heat-treated beryllium copper, for superior connectivity. All insulation material is high-density PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), also known as Teflon®.

The kit includes an N male to 50W BNC female, N female to 50W BNC male, inline N female to N female, inline N male to N male, right angle N female to N male, N male to SMA male, N male to SMA female, N female to SMA male, N female to SMA female, and T style N female to N female to N female adapters, and 50W and 75W N terminator plugs housed in a rugged, pistol-grip case.
