Fork Attachment For Shovel Loaders Is Quick And Easy To Use
The Coleman Scoop Fork is a simple loading attachment which turns any shovel loader into a fork lift truck. By mounting it directly onto the shovel at any spacing desired your loader can do the work of a fork lift truck. It is not necessary to remove the shovel and no brackets or holes are needed for installation. The Scoop Fork simply slides over the front lip and clamps rigidly in place with two set screws. This easy method of attachment also allows the Coleman fork to be used on more than one piece of equipment.
Coleman Scoop Forks are available in several different capacities, all the way from 3,000, to 10,000 pound capacity models are stocked for immediate shipment. Carrying lengths are 48 inches (except the Model J-3 3,000 pound capacity pair, which is 42 inches long). A 6,000 pound capacity model with 72 inch long forks is also available plus two models in the Coleman line come with wider clamp openings to accommodate thicker-lipped buckets. Model J-4W has an opening of 2 1/2" vs. 1 3/4" on the standard Model J-4, 4,000 pound capacity forks; and Model J-8W, 8,000 pound capacity forks have a 4" clamp opening vs. a 2 1/2" opening on the standard Model J-8.
Coleman Scoop Forks are light weight but built for heavy duty performance. They are made from a very high strength solid steel alloy and heat treated. Scoop Forks are rated with a 3:1 safety factor, meaning they can withstand a static test of 3 times their rated capacity without bending.
For faster handling of all types of construction materials the premier choice is the Coleman Scoop Fork.
