Tiffin Metal Products Company Introduces New Theft-Protection Security Cabinets and Lockers
Tiffin, Ohio...Tiffin Metal Products Company, a national manufacturer of security cabinets and lockers, announces the release of a new series of security cabinets and in-wall lockers designed to reduce the risk of theft for persons staying in or visiting nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living, and independent living facilities.
Made in the U.S.A., the security cabinets and lockers include a Management Override I-Button digital keypad and back-up battery pack. The Management Override I-Button digital keypad allows facility managers to open the cabinet or locker in situations in which the user password has been lost or forgotten. The back-up battery pack ensures proper functioning in the case of a failure of primary power.
The security cabinets are manufactured to provide maximum theft protection and tampering resistance with features including a heavy-duty welded, 14-gauge steel cabinet construction, flush mounted doors, and 1/2" diameter pivot shaft. The security cabinets can be located on a table, desk, or shelf and can also be safely mounted to a wall or floor using an optional mounting bracket. The cabinets will fit into virtually any type of room and feature a neutral, beige color allowing them to easily match the decor. Cabinet dimensions, 17"W x 13"D x 9"H. Shipping weight, 32 lbs.
The in-wall lockers are designed for permanent installation in locations such as bedrooms, closets, storage rooms, and restrooms. The in-wall lockers feature a heavy-duty door constructed of 12-gauge steel, a welded 16-gauge steel cabinet, and a built-in, front trim flange. Locker dimensions (internal) 14.5"W x 4"D x 21"H, (external) 19.25"W x 5.5"D x 24"H. Shipping weight, 36 lbs. Installation instructions are included.
